'Present' Praise to Women

Words like: 'You're beautiful', 'look sexy', or 'your sweet smile' can indeed be a weapon to please a woman in certain moments, like when she prepares to come to a party. However, it is good not to make this praise as a mainstay that is used every day.

Men may think of it as flattery, but excessive physical praise actually makes women uncomfortable.

'Many men think that performance-related praise is what women want most to hear,' says psychologist Michele Barton, Ph.D. 'But if you're just talking about her performance, your compliments become unusual and insincere.'

So instead of focusing on his body, his smile, or his eyes, which he might get from genetic luck, direct praise on his life choices, abilities, skills, or whatever comes from his efforts.

'This does not mean women never want to hear the praise you consider themselves beautiful, but there are still other praise that sounds more sincere. Some female respondents told Barton that they are very proud when men praise their ability in a career. Today, career success can be an important part of a woman's life, so it's only natural that she wants to hear you praise her.
Do not be afraid to say that she impressed you, for example when she was a successful presentation or just keeping a deadline on the job. For women, there is nothing sexier than a man who is not intimidated or threatened by the peak of his professional career.

However, one thing to keep in mind: Make sure she knows you're impressed because she's great, not because she's a woman. So you do not have to compare it to a male colleague in his industry.Maybe he has a unique hobby, like exercising or spending two hours each day to meditate. It does not matter what he likes, as long as it's natural, just know what his hobby is and you appreciate it, can really be his own praise.
Even better if you get into the 'action'. Yes, if you want more captivating, Barton advises you to occasionally get involved, even once, and enjoy the moment with him.

When a woman is told that you like or just appreciate her idea, it implies that you also consider her smart, insightful, or smart. 'And that means a lot to boost women's confidence,' Barton said.

Many men may not know this, but women often feel unconfident to speak in a social or work environment. In other words, letting women know that you value their opinions and thoughts is a far greater compliment than any man ever thinks.
